What The Reset is, and is not
The Reset is an editorial index of hotels. We do not sell accommodation, we do not act as agent for any hotel, and we do not take bookings or payments. When you use the price request feature, we compose a message which you then send to the hotel. Any resulting contract is made directly between you and that hotel, on its terms, and we are not a party to it.
We are not a travel organiser and do not sell packages within the meaning of the Package Travel Regulations.
Accuracy
We compile the information here from each hotel's own published material where available, and from trade or press sources otherwise. We check it carefully and we mark clearly where a hotel does not publish something. Even so, rates, taxes, opening times, age policies, facilities and programmes change frequently and without notice, and errors are possible.
Everything on this site is provided for general information. You should confirm any detail that matters to you with the hotel directly before you travel or spend money. We give no warranty that the information is complete, current or error-free.

Our science pages summarise published research for general information only. Nothing there is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. See the disclaimer on that page.
No endorsement
Inclusion on this site is not an endorsement, nor a guarantee of quality, safety or suitability. Editorial judgements are our own, and you should form your own view before you travel.
Intellectual property
The text, research, illustrations, our own photography and the design of this site belong to [Legal entity, e.g. The Reset Travel Ltd], except where stated. Landscape photographs used on the collection pages and as regional context are licensed from their photographers via Unsplash and Pexels and remain their property. Hotel names and marks belong to their owners. You may read, print and share pages for personal use; you may not republish or scrape the content commercially without our written permission.

We link to hotels' own websites and to third-party sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a hotel, including any loss of a booking, any deposit or any travel cost.
