A carbon-conscious, lemon-house-inspired all-suite spa terraced above Lake Garda, with an adults-only water zone.
Terraced into a hillside above Lake Garda in eleven hectares of park, built to look like the limonaie — the lemon houses the region has used for centuries — and generating two-thirds of its own electricity.
The outdoor infinity pool is set so that it reads as continuous with the lake. Inside, a thalassotherapy pool called La Luna nel Lago, a grotto with warm-water loungers, an ice fountain and an ice pool. There is an adults-only spa zone with lake views and an adults-only whirlpool, and the saunas and fitness are sixteen-plus.
Ninety-six suites, no standard rooms. Mountain bikes are included, as is a free shuttle down to Gargnano between ten and seven. Only a limited number of children up to eleven, in dedicated rooms, which is unusually honest for a family-owned Italian resort.
