Kulm Hotel St. Moritz
St. Moritz's grande dame, where the rate buys a private ice rink, five dine-around restaurants and free ski school.
St. Moritz's grande dame, owned by the Niarchos family since 1968, with about two thousand square metres of spa — but the thing that makes it unusual is outside.
The hotel has its own natural outdoor ice rink, and unlimited use of it is included. So are free group ski and snowboard lessons with the St. Moritz Ski School, and the Wunderwald kids club for three to twelve-year-olds.
Half board is a six-course dine-around across five restaurants rather than a fixed dining room. Inside the spa: an open-air pool, a salt grotto, a whirlpool, a Kneipp footpath and a steam bath. Three-night minimum, twelve over Christmas.
